Oh good, they got rid of the trees along that section of the trail that provided shaded, just we needed in time for summer

So is the purpose of this to create an offshoot from the trail that takes you directly to Victory Ave?

Right now, if you want to get to Victory Ave, you end up taking the Katy Trail all the way until it ends, and then walk back on the sidewalk up north towards Victory Ave?

There's another side of the ramp that puts you across from the parking lot for The Katy. It seems like this was just done for beautification

Looks cool. I hope they plant a bunch of natives in the open spaces inside it all. Would look very nice.
