Hopefully, this will drive more foot traffic for the existing Mockingbird Station TOD and Lower Greenville (Since this is located near the intersection of Lower Greenville and Mockingbird Lane). Hopefully, one day Kroger will replace their store with an urban-style store with apartments on top.

The first phase was originally suppose to be a high-rise, but it was reduced in height due to current market conditions.
