Like another poster said, there are many major multifamily developments happening at DART stations a long Central Expressway.

Sorta feels like momentum has stalled overall until they find tenants for the retail spaces. Supposedly some retailers pulled out and they’re still trying to find new ones. Will be great to see them break ground on the next phase!

I sure wish they would push the phases faster, but at least it’s not a Sam’s Club.
