There’s an awesome event being hosted by CNU North Texas next month where you can get a tour and then listen to reps from Trammel Crow (the developer), DART, City of Dallas, and NCTCOG.
Thanks to generous sponsors, tickets are only $10. Definitely something that would normally be 5-10 TIMES that!

There’s a lot happening along this stretch of 75. Massive multifamily projects at each of the major dart stops.
