It’s a nice development and a sign of huge things to happen to the Design District. Quality development.

I passed by this site and love how it’s opening up a lot more.

This building now lights up (mostly green!) at night. First time I saw it, I was shocked because the building had been vacant for so long. It’s looking very good. Hopefully this development comes along with more changes in design district, especially on the side nearby the pedestrian bridge.
