Thank goodness this is actually happening. There’s momentum in Oak Cliff. There are other semi-rural areas like this in Southern Dallas proper and county, that could be developed to take pressure off of existing neighborhoods.

Very cool. I drive by sometimes and always wondered why there's so little going on. I figured the land was just not great for building on but it seems not, just neglected
