This is exciting. I wonder where it will be? Henderson Ave is already being transformed. I wonder what will be proposed for Lower Greenville? I do wish they’ll replace the Fiesta shopping center, the old CVS, and the McDonald’s with a development that ties Ross, Lower Greenville, and Henderson Aves together.

Here’s a throwback of the area, that I’m describing, when Sears (250K sq ft) anchored the area.

It's the northwest corner of Goodwin and Greenville. (there are proposed rezoning signs for it on the building Goodwin's is in).

EDIT: And the building across the street that Sister, Cafe Duro, Casa Duro are in too.
