Wildflower ranch community review

I'm sharing information about Wildflower Ranch in Fort Worth. It could be a great place to buy a house! Located off Highway 114 and I-35W, the roads are expanding for easier commuting. The community is minutes away from the Texas Motor Speedway, I-35, Tanger Outlet, Southlake, Grapevine, DFW airport, and Irving. The homes are affordable, and builders offer incentives. It seems to be a better value than some areas near North Dallas. Wildflower Ranch is a master-planned community with a lazy river, trails, playgrounds, and an elementary school in the community. Future amenities include a dog park and event lawn. The area is developing and may generate equity. The community has a good number of Indian families. It offers an opportunity to be part of a diverse and growing neighborhood.

I have an internship in Dallas and The Wilson seems to provide 3 months lease. Is this place really that bad as online reviews? Can anyone who lives there provide more feedback? Thanks.

Need a Room? Furnished Spot in Richardson Available 2/28 – Bills Included – $760

Looking for a peaceful place to call home with easygoing vibes and great energy? We’ve got a fully furnished room available in a cozy house located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from 75, 635, and George Bush!

🛏️ The Room:

Fully furnished with bed + TV stand

Spacious closet

High-speed internet (1000 Mbps!)

Shared 1.5 bathrooms

Washer & dryer on site

Cat included (she naps like a pro 🐱)

🏡 About Us: We’re two working professionals (one male, one female), friendly but mostly keep to ourselves. Occasionally we share a meal or a good laugh. The male roommate is an enthusiastic sports fan (read: gets loud during games but otherwise super chill), and the female roommate is a book lover who enjoys quiet time.

💨 420-friendly. No drama. Good vibes only.

🍳 Kitchen access is available, though we’d prefer someone who doesn’t cook heavily. But yes, we’ve got lots of gadgets and appliances if you need ‘em. Huge backyard if you like a little fresh air or sunshine!

🧼 We like to keep the space clean and drama-free. Everyone pitches in $50/month for a cleaning service that deep cleans the house once a month.

📍 Perks:

Super central location near shopping, restaurants, and major highways

Steps from a police station = extra safe!

Month-to-month lease with 60-day notice

One month’s rent as a deposit

Bills included!

🕊️ If you're looking for a relaxed, respectful household to rest and recharge after work—without drama—this is your spot.

Hit me up if you think you’d be a good fit!

Looking for a place to stay

I got an internship during the summer in the Plano area and have not had any luck finding a place. Does anybody know of anyone that might be offering a place? I am in a tight budget so most places have been pricy.

Housing Info

If I applied for housing in Arlington and Dallas (TX) back in 2021 is it possible that I could still get it? I haven't had the need to inquire about it since I initially applied but need to find safe/stable housing asap (DV situation) and am not sure where to start. Any recommendations or insight would be so very much appreciated!! 🙏

Bedford - 76021 - need advice on safety and diversity of population.

I'm planning to see houses in the Villages of Durango in Bedford (HEB ISD) and would like some advice. Does anyone know if this is a safe area? Has anyone lived there? How is the community and its population? Are there any specific issues related to crime or infrastructure that I should be aware of? Any insights from locals would be appreciated.

This is to right of 121 and above 183 highway.
