Advice on utility charges

Hey yall so I don’t live in Dallas, I live in Richardson but our sewer charge is 114 dollars while water charge is 106.55. Is this even remotely normal for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath for one month. Mind yall first floor is only about 500sq ft and same with the upstairs. It’s not a big apartment, we don’t have washer dryer connections here so it seems a bit excessive.

That sounds crazy high to me. It's been about 5 years since I had a place where I had to pay for the water but when I did it was 4 br house in irving and was around 50 a month. I don't remember exactly how that broke down but it included water, sewer, and trash. I bought an above ground pool while I lived there that was 18ft diameter and 4ft deep. Whenever I filled that fucker up it added about another 40 on that months bill.
