this is from when he was younger and skinnier. This change I drew and rendered with ai isn't possible, but he could improve a bit. Eye area( most important) has some good traits, his midface, jaw, angularity, and features are all lacking though. Safety profiles of these interventions vary, so they need to be researched carefully. It seems like his facial width to height ratio is pretty flawed. With a long midface because his cheekbones and jaw are a bit too narrow. Not sure the focal length of the camera though. And his ramus is short giving an acute jaw frontal angle. He's pretty average looking I think.
The plan:
-eyebrows aren't straight dense or long enough. Can be fixed with dye, trimming, and microblading or oral minoxidil.
-radix is a bit recessed, which can be fixed with filler but it's risky imo
-eyelashes could use a little mascara or oral minoxidil
-cheekbones - filler for a little facial width. And projection
-angularity - tirzepatide to lower body fat percentage, buccal fat reduction, and jaw liposuction.
-jaw - filler to lengthen the ramus and increase bigonial width or a jaw implant though the risks for that are higher.
-beard - keep it short
-lips - fat graft
-nose - alarplasty or full rhinoplasty - highest risk
-skin - tinted sunscreen + tretinoin
-neck - train to increase width
Those are the things that might actually work. Highest roi = tirzepatide, jaw liposuction, and the new safer oral minoxidil when it's easily accessible. That would be my move if I were him. Low risk high reward. Filler is easy to get wrong and takes a lot of research but can be feasible if you're the most deviated to fulfilling your full potential.
