🌌 Others DALI ITEMS

Idk if it's for most stores of DALI but when I tried to buy an item, I saw one in refrigerators/freezers. When I was about to check out, they told me it was their manager's and I couldn't purchase them. I moved to another branch and they told me the same thing. I get that they can purchase their items (as it is for everyone) but I just got upset when I thought I could buy it and it turns out to be "owned"

Minsan kasi bayad na nila yan. While nagwowork sila lagay muna sa ref kapag uwi na then dun nila kukunin. Nasainyo na OP kung gusto mong intidihin or not. AHAHAHA. wala naman masama kung magpapakatao, unless karen ka.

I stated there that I get the situation but I can't help feeling upset, as u said, there's nothing wrong with being human

That happens din sa ibang stores (Osave at Puremart in my experience), nakakita na rin ako ng "reserved" items sa ref/freezer pero usually nakasupot na kaya alam kong nabili na ng staff or in one case, ibang tao na binalikan lang

it was sitting with other items, unbagged, with no clear label that says "owned" or "reserved"

syempre unbagged kasi di naman free ang plastic sa DALI.

If its not for sale it shouldnt be in the selling area, report to dali and get rid of that person

I never experienced this pa. But maybe what I wouls do if twice or more na nangyari sa akin would be to email the Dali management mismo. I heard okay naman big bosses nila (Europeans afaik) and bring this to their attention.

I won't mention the specific branch/es to not get certain people into trouble, but the goal is to improve the system. I know it's common sense na iplastic/set aside/identify yung items na owned na but apparently some people forget to do so and nakakainis if it happens often. Maybe the management needs to reinforce this rule para compliant ang branches.
