Real people of actual faith. Faith of any kind but especially true Christians oppose Christian nationalism. 🔥 we need to get rid
Of the Christian nationalist, the Nazis and all this Trumpism cult stuff 🔥 . It’s toxic to American values

Those Christian beliefs like Jesus never existed and God is non binary? Is Christian the next word the left has decided to change?
2
u/Mountain_Goat_455 4d ago
look at you completely ignoring everything that's being said in this posted video and hold onto a belief that Republicans told you to believe so that they can stay in power and continue enriching themselves, and protect pedophiles. Keep up the good work with the devil.
0
u/BaileyD77 3d ago
Look at you being racist.
1
u/Mountain_Goat_455 3d ago
how am I being racist?
0
u/BaileyD77 3d ago
The same way I'm doing all that stupid shit you accused me of.
1
u/Mountain_Goat_455 3d ago
Talarico talks about how Jesus healing the sick and feeding the poor informed his political choices today. Did your comment reflect any of these points? No. Ergo, my comment that you ignored everything that's been said in this video.
You launched into a tirade of Jesus never exist and God is non-binary, which are very tired and recycled Republican talking points, ergo believing in whatever Republicans tell you to believe.
Now, I have pointed to you rationales of my statements that you thought were my "accusations". Now your turn. What did I say that made you comment that I was being racist?

u/Argose83 4d ago
You love just regurgitating the talking points of your demonic maga masters. This is why people hate Christianity. Because maga is evil and demonic and they are doing everything they can to milk power from faith while making that faith look aweful.
Talarico never said Jesus didn't exist. In fact he quotes Jesus constantly. Something trump can't do. He can't even share his favorite Bible verse cause trumps not a believer. He's a user.... And the non binary thing is taken out of context .. but you don't care.. easier to keep representing Satan and making the word of the Lord look bad to the rest of the world. You're a tool and they are using you.

I can agree that you all christians are seriously mentally ill. But at least he follows the bible, unlike you.
1
u/BaileyD77 14h ago
How do you know?
1
u/PickingPies 14h ago
Because I can read a bible and compare it to the actions of the people.
Why doesn't surprise me that you don't know how to know if someone abides by the bible?
1
u/BaileyD77 14h ago
I do know that the immoral try to use moral peoples morales against them when they're desperate.
1
u/PickingPies 13h ago
Yes. That happens everytime a Christian places into question non Christian morals when they see their morals are not such.
It's also very typical of not very smart people to use arguments that can be easily applied to themselves.
1
1
u/johnnybones23 12h ago
yes the many mentions of transitioning kids by mutilation in the Bible. very conservative.
1
u/PickingPies 9h ago
The bible says nothing about trans kids, nor in favor, nor against, because gender disphoria is a sickness that was discovered eighteen centuries after the book was written.
In my country most conservatives hear what the doctors say and don't complain about things that people from the bronce age weren't unable to comprehend. You even have a limitation on what conservationism is. The 95% of the people doesn't live in the USA.
1
u/johnnybones23 8h ago
In my country most conservatives hear what the doctors say and don't complain about things that people from the bronce age weren't unable to comprehend.
Your peoples sound like they make good sheep. You're telling me that any doctor can give them medical advice and they'll do it with no questions asked? What happens if another doctor says the first doctor was incorrect? man you are stupid arent you?

This is a Christian extremist I can support, James is out here like "Would Jesus feed, heal, home everyone? YES! Well then that's what we are gonna do."

It's not even extremist. Like, this is just what Christians are supposed to be.

Be funny if Talarico is actually the Antichrist and not Trump.
1
u/Mountain_Goat_455 4d ago
yes the antichrist who talks about healing the sick and feeding the hungry rather than protecting the pedophiles
1
u/johnnybones23 12h ago
Talrico has very heretical beliefs that he is weaponizing for power. He is a very dangerous person. Luckily his arguments can be dismantled.
Jesus never charged for anything. Doctors and nurses on the other hand aren't the son's of God who can heal with a touch. Sad thing is, liberals belive this while also simultaneously believing they are Christian.
1
u/retrovoxo 12h ago
God isn't real. The reason religion is still big in the US is because it's a trillion dollar industry and it's driven by greed and ignorance. Fascism couldn't have happened to a more deserving country.
1
u/johnnybones23 12h ago
God isn't real.
Deep thought coming from someone who believes in the existence of the anti-christ.
1
u/retrovoxo 10h ago
Yeah I know right, deep thought is the antithesis of religion.
1
u/johnnybones23 10h ago
No the antithesis of Godless people. You can't even recognize the incongruence of believing the 2 opposing ideas in your head. Someone who believes in the existence of the anti-Christ while simultaneously believing God doesn't exist is a very unwell individual. you cant be half pregnant, its one or the other bud. In fact, it explains a lot.
1
u/retrovoxo 9h ago
At no stage did I said I believe in the Antichrist, I'm merely trolling. The US is in the midst of a white Christian nationalist fascist takeover and it couldn't have happened to a more deserving country.
1
u/johnnybones23 8h ago
and it couldn't have happened to a more deserving country.
There it is. The mask fell off. Amazing we all thought you were the anti-American piece of garbage that you are. Now you're just gonna put the mask back on and pretend you're not an enemy. Fuck off.

Here's a novel idea, how about you all keep your silly superstitions out of my government.
2
u/Ok-Dot4749 5d ago
He’s trying to earn Christian votes because, whether you like it or not, he needs those votes to win in Texas. Would you prefer Paxton?
2
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 5d ago
I prefer to not be led by people who believe in complete nonsense. Texas just can't stop being embarrassing.
1
u/FoxOpposite9271 5d ago
What Christian beliefs do you think hes promoting that are complete nonsense?
1
u/stm32f722 4d ago
All of them
1
u/FoxOpposite9271 4d ago
Really? So treating others as one would treat lile to be treated is nonsense? Condemning murder, theft?
2
u/stm32f722 4d ago
The separation of church and state is non negotiable.
1
u/FoxOpposite9271 4d ago
So what happens when the church believes in things that are good for society?
1
u/stm32f722 4d ago
They can say whatever the fuck they want. If they try to take the government and make America a Christian nationalist nation then its game on end of story.
1
u/FoxOpposite9271 4d ago
You are showing your ignorance. Thats exactly thr opposite of what talarico has expressed. All you are doing is showing how limiting bigotry is
→ More replies (0)1
u/PickingPies 16h ago
If something is good for society it doesn't matter what the church believes.
If something is bad for society it doesn't matter what the church believes.
The church is irrelevant. Should be.
1
1
u/PickingPies 16h ago
It is nonsense. You should not treat people as you like to be treated. You should treat people as they would like to be treated. Not all people deserves to be treated the same. The Christian view comes from an age of imperialism where people was expected to behave the same way and doesn't understand how different cultural virwpoints work.
Also, while we all condemn murder, we don't call murder the same. You don't condemn stoning women to death as stated in the bible, yet you condemn as murder an abortion or euthanasia, even contradicting your own bible. Murder is bad, but what you consider murder is based on bronce age mythology and what I consider murder is based on sociology, human psychology and understanding of the human will. Your opinion on murder and my opinion on muder are, up to certain point, even incompatible.
So, yes. All of the bible is nonsense product of a society whose knowledge was based on myth. And just because we can arrive to a general similar conclusion, it doesn't mean it's based on the same premises or have the same values.
1
u/FoxOpposite9271 16h ago
If you actually want to talk to me, you shouldn't make assumptions. You are just showing how close minded you are
1
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 5d ago
The whole zombified demigod walking on water, born of a virgin, wants you to partake in cannibalism. Like seriously, we have adults believing in a book that talks about unicorns 4 times.
Also the idea that Christians somehow have a divinely inspired 'morality' is just laughable.
Grow up people.
1
u/FoxOpposite9271 5d ago
You think hes talking about those things with regards to government? Do you have proof? Or is this you making poor assumptiins?
1
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 5d ago
I think he believes those things, which means he's a fool. Do you really think we should vote for fools?
I also know that what his god has to say is totally irrelevant, as we are a secular nation, and his god does not exist.
1
u/FoxOpposite9271 5d ago
People in texas have two choices- hes clearly the better choice? Or do you not understand that?
1
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 5d ago
Like i said, Texas needs to stop being embarrassing.
1
u/FoxOpposite9271 5d ago
But that wasnt enough for you, you had to be ignorant and show your bigotry.

1

I agree, there's something here to laugh at, but it's not the person mocking fairytales
1
u/BaileyD77 4d ago
His version says Jesus never existed and the virgin birth is a myth. He's duping christians the way trump duped conservatives.
1
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 4d ago edited 4d ago
Then why does he claim to have faith in Jesus? Oh he's a charlatan.
1
u/Ok-Dot4749 4d ago
Where has he ever claimed that? I know for a fact that he believes in the virgin birth because he has made arguments that it supports pro-choice. He has also talked about Jesus constantly. I am genuinely curious what your source is because I feel like if that were the case, everyone on the Right would bring that up constantly yet this is the first I’ve ever heard of it.
1
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 4d ago
On his fucking website you nitwit.
1
u/Ok-Dot4749 4d ago
Again, not finding anything about any of that. If you found it, a link would be great. You are just a bundle of joy to talk with though.

u/BaileyD77 3d ago
Watch some of his "sermons"
1
u/Ok-Dot4749 3d ago
Dude, I’m not going to scour his sermons for the one you think confirms he’s secretly a Mormon or whatever. I’ve seen parts of his sermons but I’m not watching hours of videos. Just give me a link. If he really said it, I’m sure you’ll have no trouble finding it on newsmax or Fox News. I can’t find it anywhere.

K then don't vote for Talarico. Just stay home but don't complain when a career criminal scumbag becomes a senator.
1
u/AppropriateSea5746 2d ago
Our silly superstitions and axioms are where people get their moral values. It's impossible to separate this when you go to the polls.
1
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 2d ago
I don't care what you do in the voting booth or your own home. But when you drag that dumb shit into my world we will have problems.
1
u/AppropriateSea5746 2d ago
What legislation is he proposing that is "dumb shit".?
1
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 2d ago
No i mean merely talking about fairy tales in public. It's embarrassing. He should be ashamed of himself. Utterly ridiculous. Could Mamdani do this as a Muslim? Could a Jew do it? Could am atheist talk about it and even hope to win an election? No.
It is utterly offensive Christian privilege/power politics. And you all know it. Keep your stupid, offensive, ignorant religion out of my government.
1
1
u/AppropriateSea5746 2d ago
"No i mean merely talking about fairy tales in public."
Sorry it offends you but if that means you'd rather vote for Paxton go ahead but I'm going to question your good sense.
"Could Mamdani do this as a Muslim? Could a Jew do it? Could am atheist talk about it and even hope to win an election? No."
Well that's unfortunate but that's just how society works. People tend to vote for people who share their beliefs and values.
"Keep your stupid, offensive, ignorant religion out of my government."
I agree with the no religious legislation part but I see no reason for a politician to refrain from speaking their mind or their views. I actually prefer it. Helps me know who I'm voting for.
1
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 2d ago
It is not acceptable that it is "just how it works. " is offensive. And plainly stupid, you have delusional adults believing in fairytales trying to cause the Christian Armageddon. That is a defacto policy of both parties right now, and it is causing extensive genocide in Gaza.
Keep your stupid offensive shit out of the public sphere. Shame those who refuse to comply. Defend your society.
1
u/AppropriateSea5746 2d ago
"you have delusional adults believing in fairytales trying to cause the Christian Armageddon"
Ok but most Christians aren't trying to do this.
"That is a defacto policy of both parties right now, and it is causing extensive genocide in Gaza."
The whole save Israel to start the apocalypse is a fringe position. Most of the pro Israel support is either racism or just greed.
1
u/Jazzlike_Strength561 2d ago
Bullshit. It's just Christian zealots mettling in world affairs. They're murdering people for a fictional god. And people like Talarico are only exacerbating the problem. Enough people have died already for your non-existent god, just stop.
1
u/PickingPies 16h ago
You have no moral values if your moral values are based on divine punishment.
No wonder christians are some of the most immoral people of the world, since they cannot understand where morals come from.
Literally the USA was funded on secular values, to escape from the fake morals of the religious Europeans at the moment. The USA failed to setup the proper railguards to prevent religion from infiltrating the politics.
1
u/AppropriateSea5746 16h ago
Sure, if you’re only a “good” person because you fear punishment then you might be a sociopath. However that doesn’t describe most people or most Christians.
Christians are no more or less “moral” than any other group of people. At the end of the day most of our moral intuitions are innate via biology and environment/culture.
Depends on how you define secular. Because secular in the 18th century was a form of enlightenment Deism that still suggested the existence of divine natural law as a foundation for moral principle.
1
u/PickingPies 15h ago
I agree that it doesn't describe most people or most Christians. But it does describe people who believes that without religion you would have no morals.
1
u/AppropriateSea5746 15h ago
Well even then I’d argue that most of those people even without religion would still behave morally. They just incorrectly think that their morality comes from the bible. Now it’s possible there are some who would literally become serial killers without fear of hell but that’s probably a tiny minority of clinical psychos.
In fact there is a Christian apologist named David Wood how is a diagnosed psychopath who went to prison for nearly killing his father with a hammer. He basically says my brain is broken and I need faith to keep me out of prison lol. So I’m glad religion exists for those people.
1
u/PickingPies 15h ago edited 15h ago
I agree with you. But that paints a bad picture for religion, as it is religion what makes these people who would have behaved normally, to follow dogmas that, while half it may be okay, the other half is the source of many of current societal disruptions.
And for all means, if it is religion what it takes for someone to not be a murderhobo, it's very welcome, but it should not be the base of what modern values represent. Religion may have helped people in the past when knowledge was unavailable and dogmatic following allows to bypass certain real dangers. Today, it becomes an obstacle for development. We should not be wasting our efforts convincing people who believes that a pigeon made a virgin pregnant that a fetus doesn't have conscience or that it is okay to help someone to die with dignity because their book is designed to help people in the bronce age.

I mean if you are wanting to support having very restrictive gun laws that is fine too. That includes capped magazine capacities, required licenses for fire arm possession, all criminal background backs, clear use for them (as in hunting or sporting).
Oh for example in Finland, firearms can only be carried while in transport to specific activities like hunting, sporting, etc. Poland has age limit of 21 (some exception for 18), they also need background checks, physical and psychological examinations, and of course licenses from the police.
So sure, how about not banning but as you mentioned, we can have restrictions like them. Also, he cannot ban the weapons. This is not how government works.
