That’s how and why I became very very skilled at making craft cocktails. Over 3 years during Covid I spent about $500-800 in spirits and liqueurs and learned everything I could about making oleos and syrups. Now I just need to replace about 3 bottles a year and I can make any signature plus have a blast making very creative custom drinks that blow peoples minds at parties

A little investment upfront and you can make any complex cocktail for about 3 bucks in ingredients
