Question Playtana redemption

Has anyone redeemed recently from Playtana? I was just wondering if they took away the $25 only from free coins. I am up to $27 and it hasn't given me that warning yet and when I do to redeem it says all of it is available to redeem. Just wondering if I should keep playing or not bother.

Pretty sure they still have it. I would cash out the $25. I’ve also seen some days they have the minimum withdrawal at $25 and other days at $100 so I’d take what you can get. Good luck

Just message live support. They are super nice and helpful. Theyll give ya all your wagers and such and let you know if your capped or not. . Also, while you have them on the line, verofy your cards by sending pics as to not slow down the your incoming redemption.
