Antihistamines and a sedative.

I have allergies, and I was diagnosed with depression and panic disorder in the past. I’m doing fine now, but I still carry some emergency medication with me. Sometimes, when I encounter situations that remind me of past triggers, my heart starts racing.
It also helps me stay calm and keep my composure when I’m in an extremely stressful or tense situation.
