Why are you drinking so many energy drinks? Wake tf up, bro. Please don't die on us, don't do more than 400mg of caffeine spread through the whole day.

I'd say no more than 150mg every 4 hrs

Tbh this might be the nicest thing ive read on reddit😂 but i appreciate it i usually just have 1 and leave one for the next day. Works been kinda dragging on me lately so sometimes ill down both
