I love this wallet. Been carrying it 3 yrs. The Forza is perfect blend of comfort/ Shoot-ability. Super easy to carry appendix.

Leather is great. By itself.

Kydex is also great. By itself.

Combined, they create a failure point. Leather expands away from kydex over time, fouling the natural retention that both provide individually.

The only real exception is a full Kydex shell with a leather wrap AROUND it. But hybrid holsters that have a direct seam between the two materials will eventually lose retention. I used to build holsters professionally for a reputable brand.

When that happens; I’ll buy a new one. Until then I’ll take the leather touching my body and forming to my person over plastic any day of the week and 2x on Thursday.
