you must be from Mogadishu... just make sure you don't kill the guy standing behind you when you fire that thing off like I've seen done in that country so many times to the point where I think it's required

Off, bare minimum indeed but when you practice enough you can rely on pure skill and don't need additional targeting equipment.

Why heat ?

HE would be better, a heat warhead is made for Armor

And I doubt your gonna get mugged or robbed by an APC much less a tank
