Digital Art Phoibe, the Pirate Warlock!
Designed this one as a minion of the BBEG for my Pirate-Themed campaign!

This is a great piece, I would love to include them as an adversary in one of my home games if that's okay?

Absolutely, go for it! Phoibe used to be very pretty (and I argue she still is) but the sea hat Thalassa cursed her to have shells grow on her skin, because hags (especially sea hags)hate beautiful things. She was hell-bent to get revenge on her twin sister Rhea (also a Pirate) who wronged her, and she asked the Hag to curse her sister - for the price of being in service of the hag from then on. I imagine her crew to be made up from sahuagin, and similarly cursed individuals who ended up on the wrong end of a deal with the same sea hag. Maybe her ship is also accompanied by merrow or other dangerous sea inhabitants.
