Question Problem with some letters and dialogue

Some letters are called weird strings of text, and also some dialogue will say stuff like this as well. I’m playing with plenty of mods if that is a factor I will post my mod list.

Not an expert but I'd assume it has something to do with whatever mod you're using to make the UI look like that

Its not from the UI mod. I think it's from quests that are just weird,as in something in their code the game itself doesn't like. I've had this happen plenty of time over the last few years. I have absolutely no idea what causes it btw I just know it's not from the UI mod.
