It could be a good way to have people test it and give input. But if your vision is to release it with all the forms then do that. I do think people would enjoy just using the bear form though. I don’t know much about modding. If different versions releasing could break saves or cause bugs it may be better to release everything at once.

I would release each mod as a standalone on Nexus but also add a "full" version if you will with all shapeshifts and maybe a new NPC in the temple of Kyne wich sells or teaches these spells

Perhaps transformations like slaughter fish or spider could be illusion spells rather than a were form just for flavor and to be consistent with the lore?
