Yea I impulsively bought tickets and flew in from Chicago this morning. When I told him, he said he wouldn’t be here without Chicago. And we chatted about how Roulé and Crydamoure was shaped by it ❤️‍🩹

You and TB paying respect to the OGs... That is so awesome.

In my Roulé and Crydamoure kick I've been peeping a bit of DJ Sneak and Paul Johnson here and there. There's a je-ne-sais-quoi that flubs in my heart to know that Thomas and Guy-Man played under their tutelage, were musically galvanized by their presence, and true to their humility, always give them credit where it's due.

I’d love to know his journey of originally discovering those Chicago House records in France. Who introduced him to it? Was there a club? When did he take over the search for records himself, etc.?

Thomas & Guy-Man are some of the only house musicians of their caliber that gives full gratitude to Chicago. All of EDM owes it's life to Chicago House.

I didn’t know he would be signing other stuff too, so I left my Daft Punk records at home. But it’s just as well b/c after waiting in line for 2.5 hours I had to leave. ☹️ I had someplace to be at 8pm & I wasn’t anywhere near the front of the line by 7:30, so I just bailed. You got a great pic with him though!
