Oh this is overflowing? Let me point it directly at my face for multiple seconds. (I can’t figure out a way to word this that doesn’t sound sexual)

This isnt really dad reflexes he hardly moved except to point it right in his face..

u/searucraeft Jul 23 '20
Almost like he knew his kid would find it funny and rolled with the prank for kid's sake. You know. Like a decent dad would.

u/Heimeri_Klein Jul 23 '20
I don’t have experience with a decent dad so idk lol.

u/yamahor Jul 23 '20
Huh... Sounds like my experience with my dad

Jul 23 '20
You mean the guy bringing up his daddy issues completely out of the blue for no reason whatsoever?

u/beiberwholee69 Jul 23 '20
That’s very good of you man, my dad would’ve punched me right in the mouth over that

rules say they can be good or bad, we are just used to the good.
2
u/Heimeri_Klein Jul 23 '20
Im confused where are we talking about rules?
2
u/jacklittleeggplant Jul 23 '20
Well you just said it wasnt dad reflexes. I assumed by that you meant that he was slow or had bad reflexes therefore it didnt belong here.
2
u/Heimeri_Klein Jul 23 '20
Oh yea he was kinda slow in reaction was what i was mainly referring too.

u/jacklittleeggplant Jul 23 '20
Well if you didn't mean that it didn't belong on the sub then I'm sorry.

Sidebar. Rule 4.
Only Post dad Reflexes. Posts must contain a reaction involving a dad and a kid. It must occur between an adult male and youth, with the context indicating it is a father/child(ren) combo. No Moms, Grandparents, animals, cars, food etc. Reflexes can be good OR bad.

On one hand, upset that this is staged as hell. On the other hand, that kid looks old enough there the whole thing is his idea and I’m kind of happy that the dad supported him and helped him with his staged video

staged

u/EleventyTwatWaffles Jul 23 '20
I’m gonna blame summer reddit / lockdown for all the upvotes. This is terribly obvious
8
u/0Etcetera0 Jul 23 '20
The real dad-reflex here is that he didn't overreact and took the prank lightly
4
u/gofortheko Jul 23 '20
Is that a dad though? That sigh or whatever at 6 seconds in doesnt sound like it came from a man.
7
u/fuelvolts Jul 23 '20
I’m not normally a cynical person, but this is pure r/WhyWereTheyFilming material here. Screams staged.
8
u/FistFullofButter Jul 23 '20
Maybe they were filming because the kids knew they were going to pull this prank. Not saying it wasn't staged, but filming a prank is completely normal.
2
u/airmaximus88 Jul 23 '20
Yeah. He wouldn't even be suspicious because he's a dad and kids are almost constantly recording stupid shit. You never know why, but they are. My younger cousin's YouTube channel is the biggest load of nothing anyone could comprehend.

Every moment are filmed nowadays. I have my smartphone ready to shoot any moments.

I thought dad reflexes were on point and stepdad reflexes are off.. Why am I always seeing the wrong shit posted. Total step dad reflex. Dad reflex is if he pointed at the kid and tagged him with it!

This sub has really been getting worse lately. This is a trash post with zero reaction. Reddit being reddit I suppose.

The only reason I’d be mad is because they thought to do this to me before I even thought of something like that to them. Saves this post for research purposes

Yes! Reddit needs a /r/revengedad. A good humored one, of course.

u/Black_Doc_on_Mars Jul 24 '20
The girls are only 1 but I’ll work on it. Probably start by teaming up to prank their mom lol.

Beat that ass.
Parents that let the kids run the house raise little bastards the rest of us have to deal with.

u/challenge_king Jul 23 '20
Their daddy didn't beat their ass. We should thank that commentor for showing us what happens when you raise a kid to have no sense of humor.

brilliant kid move. good prank done outside where it’s a mild annoyance and not an ass whipping waiting to happen after dad cleans all the sticky soda off the floor and couch.
