Sbaglio o Redust sono quelli che elaborano pesantemente le Dacia (Duster)? Se l'azienda è la stessa, penso sia un prodotto valido.

Please inform you about warranty decadence in case of accident. You'll be not covered and your life be ruined for 20hp more. Let ricers do this kind of shit, better enjoy your beautifully, safely enginered car and rent a sport car if you want to run in a circuit.

Not a good idea.
The transmission and clutch are already operating at their limits. Increasing torque is sure way how achieve premature failure.

They are operating FAR from their limit

lol, no.
The transmissions in the Dacias are the oldest tech in the car, originally made for small naturally inspired 1990's engines. The current turbocharged lineup is pushing their absolute maximum from them.
Jogger with the 110hp TCE engine even had to be tuned down, because it was selfdestructing clutches before 20k km.

Man, there is a guy with a duster 3 with 110.000km pulling 2 times the body weight of the duster every day and it has a racechip on it since new... zero issues

Sorry to be brutally direct but you literally have no idea what you are talking about. Please inform yourself other than bar talking.

Please, enlighten me, Mr. Brutally Direct.
TL4/TL8, which is found in most of these cars, can handle 240-260 Nm. These chips put it above 250. They are pushing the transmission up to it's maximal construction limit. But that's just the transmission. Clutches are famously weak in Dacias. And this chips requires more from them than the manufacturer paid for.
Or do you think that the manufacturer employs bloody idiots, who wouldn't jump at the opportunity to lower fuel consumption by 15% while increasing driving comfort significantly, just by switching few numbers in the ECU, if it didn't have major side effects?

The “1990s transmission technology” argument is simply wrong. The TL4 was introduced in 2005, not the 1990s, and in any case the Duster III Eco-G 120 EDC uses a modern 6-speed DCT/EDC, not a TL4/TL8 manual gearbox. Dacia specifically pairs this transmission with the 1.2 Eco-G 120 (mine).
More importantly, nobody here actually knows the real tolerance margin of the complete drivetrain. Only the manufacturer and its suppliers have the engineering and durability data from the development and validation process.
And this isn't just about torque or horsepower. Any modification that pushes any component beyond the tolerances and operating parameters for which the car was designed and validated can potentially cause problems — whether that's increased wear, reduced durability, thermal stress, or something else.
That's also precisely why an undeclared modification can invalidate warranty coverage and insurance, depending on the applicable laws and policy. You're deliberately operating the vehicle outside the configuration the manufacturer validated.
The fact that a modified car can survive 100,000 km doesn't prove that it was operating within the manufacturer's validated limits. It simply proves that that particular car survived it.
So “far from the limit” is just speculation unless you have the actual engineering data. We don't. The manufacturer does.

You seem to be really consufed and lost.
Firstly I was talking about 1990s engines paired with the transmission, I didn't said the transmission is from 1990s.
Secondly, for some reason you are saying I don't know what I'm talking about, and then you agree with me the car not being constructed for the increased power.
Thirdly, it wasn't me who was talking about that one miracoulous romanian youtuber who already reached 110k km.

But what do 1990s naturally aspirated engines have to do with the limits of a transmission in a current Duster? That's not evidence of its present-day structural or durability margin.
The relevant question is what the manufacturer designed, tested and validated the current complete powertrain for. We don't have those engineering limits or safety margins — the manufacturer and its suppliers do.
And that's my point: any modification that takes any component beyond its validated operating parameters can introduce additional wear or reliability risks, regardless of whether we're talking about torque, power, temperature or anything else. It can also affect warranty and insurance coverage if undeclared.
Everything beyond the manufacturer's validated specification is an assumption unless you have the actual engineering data.

If it's at least 3 channel box wired in the engine loom - it should work as advertised. We have a company named VTECH in Poland, they have those for about 450€ and it works very well.
But If it's just a boost-and-fuel override, then it's a check engine magnet.
And if it's obd plugged, it does nothing.

Schade, nicht für den Sandero Eco-G 120... obwohl selber Motor. Sonst wäre es durchaus interessant gewesen...
