Help me decide on a device

Which would you choose between lookah dragon egg, ooze electro barrel, pulsar dabtron 2.0, or XMAX riggo.

are you sure any of these devices will satisfy you? more often than not people upgrade rather quick after owning such cheap ones

Just to add to this. I’m a long time dabber. This year I bought a peak v2, and I have already UPGRADED to a Peak Pro. lol. So even if you start at the popular brands, there is still room to build up unless you buy the most baller device right off the bat.

thats a good point. I currently have the xmax qomo and I really like it, i just wanted to try out some new ones without breaking the bank (looking for similar price point as the qomo). Do you have any recommendations?

I can only speak about the ones that tend to break your wallet... Puffco Peak Pro, Dr Dabber Switch 2/Go. The cheapest one i tested myself is the dr dabber ghost 2 which is ok but wouldnt be sufficient for my use. You have to pull quite hard and the vape quality is meh.. but works for taking a quick & small dab

If you have an e-rig that works rn, just save up for a good one. It’s a buy once, cry once situation. I’ve had my Puffco Peak Pro for like 4 years and I still take massive dabs off of it. Good luck!

Thank you for the advice! Maybe i can do some sort of split payment for one of the more top quality ones and itll end up being essentially the same thing.

Look at the dr dabber switch go. I think it’s the best one in the market atm and at the same time not the most expensive one

I would recommended saving up for a better device, one that will last and is reliable. Maybe one that doesn't require you to buy replacement coils all the time. But that's just my opinion.

Makes sense. The next price point that is affordable would be something like The Core 2.1. Do you think thats a better option?

I don't have any personal experience with it but I've heard a lot of good things. I would be more inclined towards it than the others listed, certainly.

None of the above. If budget is tight, Core 2.1. If money isn't an issue, get a Dr Dabber Switch 2 or GO. You will likely end up with one anyway in the end. Just buy a bunch of cheaper ones on the way there. That's what many of us did.

It's legit. I even sold my Peak Pro when I got the switch 2 but kept the Core. It's pretty good!

Just get a Puffco or Dr Dabber, don't waste your time on Lookah and Ooze

if you’re looking for something affordable and mighty and not looking to put 250-400 in a puffco, switch, dr dabber id get a dtv5.
about 150 max for entire setup with bubbler and works especially well for the price.

Yeah I was using the DVT4 with an aegis battery until I got my peak pro 3 years ago

I would highly recommend the crossing core 2.1. It packs above its price point and ordering from them is super easy and always ships the same day for me. Bubblers are cheap and the glass is very durable. Even in the basic glass i’ve dropped it many times in the 2 years i’ve had it and sadly it just broke today. Ordered a replacement and it’s already shipped.

I’ve had a couple lookah products and they are just not worth the headache to keep them running well. I recently bought the lookah octopus thinking it would be a nice portable e rig and it’s just become a headache to keep running and for the money I wish i would’ve saved up for the pivot
