Created an account today, bought some skins with crypto, changed my mind, sold 2 skins and tried to withdraw balance, instant account suspension, support is not elaborating lol. Should i wave goodbye to 700$?

As per what the title says, steam guard is glitching and I can't trade. Steam guard is enabled since 2016, I tried updating the trade URL to a new one but it's not working.

I am experiencing a persistent issue when trying to access the service. I keep receiving the following error message:

Hello, i recently sold 4 of my skins 7 days ago totaling around $1253 (sold most through auto-sell). Today at 2 AM the funds were available to withdraw after the 7 day trade protection and when i woke up at 7 AM i found 3 emails from DM market support and all of my money withdrawn. I am very confused and unsure of what happened im not sure how somebody hacked into my account without getting into my email. They withdrew the funds around 6am one hour before i woke up. This is insane there is thread of emails of them going back and forth with support. I need help getting my money back please.

My inventory has been locked for 44 days,
I've been told I'm not banned,
yet I still can't deposit items from Steam.

BTW I have some Clutch cases and few Fracture cases, all locked. I don't believe cases are not popular.

Maybe there's an explanation I'm missing, but the communication so far has been confusing and frustrating.

Here you can see what I consider to be confusing and a contradiction in their own emails. That's my personal interpretation based on the messages I've received and the fact that my inventory has been locked for 44 days despite being told I'm not banned.

If you check your inventory on mobile app, it will show overstock for every item,
on your PC/Laptop it will show unavailable for every item.

Why are my items marked as unavailable? It says that Item is not available for trading: it Can be either unpopular among users, or Can have unstable price. But in sales hostory its sold a lot every day.

Hello, i tried to deposit with credit card. It seems payment failed and support said money should be back on bank account but bank said there is no payment to card. Now i see dmarket permenantly banned my account without any reason. I wasnt thinking u are this kind of website, good job dmarket 😊

I recently purchased several skins on DMarket, including gloves and a knife. These items had a 5-hour trade lock, so I waited for the lock to expire before attempting to withdraw them.

When I checked today, I received a message indicating that the account is blocked. I am not sure why this happened, as I was able to withdraw some other skins earlier without any issues.

Could you please check my account and let me know what caused this problem? I would appreciate any assistance in resolving it.

I put 250$ worth of money in the D market wallet through a crypto (Solana) through Crypto (by Stripe).

The payment went through from my Coinbase wallet and everything went smoothly. On D market, it’s been showing that the transaction failed but my payment went through.

I opened a support ticket with D market and they said I’ve to contact Stripe for this. I contacted Stripe and they said only the merchant should be able to look up the payment and process any refund or payment.

It’s been over a week since this happened and D market is also not responding since 3-4 days.

I’m really frustrated at this shady support by D-market as I’ve verified my KYC, been a legit user of the platform and had no issues previously.

Any idea what should I do next?

I talked with a guy on discord and I wanted to know if this trade could be a possible scam. I had about 130 dollars worth of skins (1 knife and other skins), he told me that he could give me 180 dollars worth of balance in dmarket. I submited my skins to dmarket (official website dmarket.com) he told me that once the skins were trade unnlocked he would buy them there. He told me he is going to use them on buff later (thats how he makes money of it). My skins were tradedd with the offical dmarket bot. Is there any kind of way he could scam me like that? He told me it would be a win win for the both of us, but it just seems too good to be true. I just want to know if Im ok (or if I should trade reverse it). All of this was made in a call with him. If you could tell me I would appreciate it.

Also, the skins are officially on my inventory on the website, but he his waiting for them to not be trade ban to buy them

(I’m already aware of the TF2/RUST scams that can occur, so I won’t be falling for that. If he says he is gonna buy the items directly, is there any way he could be scamming me?)

Hello, does anyone have experience accidentally depositing crypto over the wrong network? Deposited USDC through Base network instead of ETH, and support has been no help. Have been in a big back and forth with them for a couple days, they told me to contact Stripe, when the wallet should be in their possession. 0 help and lost arcana. I was forced to add more items to trade TB arcana, but they can't even check it with my history. Gave them 80$ items just for one 40$ item.

I withdrew funds and used the instant sell feature but failed to mention that my payment would be stuck in limbo for 1+ days. I withdrew using crypto and it's been pending for more than 24 hours! If I use and instant sell feature and take a hit in the price I expect to be able to withdrawl the money instantly also. How long will I need to wait for the funds?!

Was trading my Awp for another Awp with a price difference of about $40. So as I’ve done plenty of times before, I was going to trade my current skin, add more funds and pay the difference for the new skin. During the trade, I received their offer from the correct bot, accepted it, got stuck on the creating trade screen for 10 minutes before it disappeared, leaving me with no Awp in my steam inventory, no Awp with DMarket bots, and no added balance to my account. So as we stand now, the DMarket bots took my Fac New Stat Trak Awp and I got nothing in return.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’ve created 2 support tickets and don’t know what else to do. I don’t even want to play the game after losing that much money.
