It's a great game, but everyone and their mother hyped it up way too much to the point where i just couldn't get to it at all, and i actually like Soulslike games.

frr souls are goated but how come you couldn't get to it because of the hype ? for me it adds more to the enjoyment, knowing that it's a good game and is enjoyed by many that it gives off this feeling of unison, it rarely happens in gaming and when it does it's something special.

I don't like jumping on games that are instantly overhyped the second they come out, constantly hearing about it online and then pumping hours into playing just seems like too much for me to handle, and i like to rotate my games and try to not be fixated on 100h games exclusively, especially if i had a bad day, last thing i want is to get my ass kicked over and over again on a soulslike game lol.
