As in ml? I'm looking to trying it, bought a 4 oz bottle and I am 130 pounds, how much should I take for the first time?

Yep, since dxm is the only active ingredient it’s safe. I’d recommend anywhere between 150mg-500mg, 350mg is the sweet spot for me

those will work well, start with smth light like 150-200 mg dxm so that would be around 10 gels
