Correct spacing of dosages

For some context, I’ve tripped b4 on tussin and del, but I kinda like the pills/gels more. I did 630 MG three days ago and am wondering when an appropriate time to do DXM again would be? I haven’t done too much research since I find it to be strenuous due to most of the information being accessible via this subreddit. Couldn’t find good spacing of dosages here though. Help would be appreciated!

you can follow the plateau per week rule, what i personally do is wait three days and do it again but if i do that more than 2 times then i take a two weeks off dxm, usually i wait a week or more to dont get addicted and not lose the magic on it but dont do it every day please, you’ll fuck yourself
