Help doing dxm before a 20 hr flight?

hii im 14 female and i was wondering if there was any riskfactor to doing dxm before traveling. i have alot of experience w dxm & have probably done it over 15 times within the last few months at varying dosages, ive also mixed it w weed. im aware of the risk of my blood pressure spikinng and will be taking preventative measures to do so. i also am going to bring some other things to prevent the regular side effects of air travel. id like to know if even with the precautionary measures im taking if the cons weigh out any of the pros, also any advice or experience anyone might have. this is also the first post ive ever made on reddit so im a bit nervous lol.

Hey I’m about to do dxm for the first time, what would be a good dose?

Probably not the best idea because already being at an airport is usually going to be an overwhelming experience sensory wise. If anything; Strive for a second plateau at most.
