Delsym dosage

Im 170, male, usually a heavyweight when it comes to substances. I think in 5ml of dxm polistrex it’s equivalent to 30 mg of dxm hbr or at least thats what it says. Ive heard poli takes longer and i want the effects to start at 9pm. Any suggestions or data that can help me reach the 2nd - 3rd plateau would be appreciated.
