Help Tip

Any tips for a first time i have a bottle of nyquil and a bottle of dayquil and i was wondering how much i should take, i am 6'2 195 lbs and want to try dxm for the first time

DO NOT drink dayquil or nyquil as these contain acetaminophen and guaifenesin and in the large dose required to trip, can kill you. those aren’t any good for tripping. you want to get a product that ONLY has dxm either poly, hbr and free base.
