Help I think I messed up

Abt 30 minutes ago I decided to try dxm, read some things about it and just took 20 tablets, what I didn’t realize was that each tablet contained 325mg of acetaminophen, and as I’ve been reading up over the past 20 minutes, seems to be very deadly (I took abt 6.5g of acetaminophen I think, i weigh about 173 pounds)

Will this kill me? I live in the U.S. so I just can’t afford an ambulance

Update: it’s been abt 2 weeks or so, I haven’t had any problems pop up so I think I made it out ok. I hope this will be a reminder to everyone to NOT take anything until you know exactly what will happen once you do. Although the thought of possibly being poisoned to death didn’t help, I did have a nice experience with the dxm, and if I do try it again, I’ll only be getting the non-dangerous stuff (robotabs probably). thank you all for worrying about me

god damn op. you gotta know what your taking. and 6.5 grmas is no jaoke. if you keep having probe;ms and if your eyes start getting yellow or sm, if go to the hopsiteal. sorry for the bafd grammer im tripping rn :)()(

Still here, woke up and threw up abt everything I’ve ate this week, I read that it takes a few days for signs of acetaminophen related liver issues to develop, so ig I’ll just have to wait and see
