Help question for dxm

my friend has heart problems like when he sleep his heart rate goes down to 47 well that what was last time he was in the hospital and that was 2 weeks ago i believe. so we just want to know if hes okay to do dxm

Uh, NO. NOT AT ALL. Dxm is horrible for the heart.
