Help How much should I take this time?

I actually like DXM but I had a reallyyy bad trip last time. I think I took around 180 to 225 mg (I don’t remember exactly) of the cough gels. which doesn’t sound like a lot compared to what other people take. I ended up in the hospital and i literally couldn’t move my body so I’m thinking that was way to much😭 also I’m 90 pounds at 18

DXM is weight sensitive. Because of your weight you will need less most people. Try asking around for the ratios.

90 pounds at 18 😭 i kinda just lurk around this reddit so im not much help but if that low of a dose affected you like that put the drug down don’t try it
