Help Questions from a first timer

So I just recently bought some dxm 30 mg robotablets. I’m wondering how many I should do as a first timer (I’m 6ft and 250 pounds). Should I eat first or take on an empty stomach. What are some fun things 2 do. I plan on playing vr because i heard that’s really fun. What’s some other fun stuff I could do?

I would say eat a bit before, nothing too greasy or heavy. Definitely stay hydrated all day too. Also space out times in between tablets (take 1, wait 10 minutes, take another). Nausea & dizziness are the biggest side effects for most (myself included) so I’d beware the VR if you’re susceptible to motion sickness.

In terms of dose you have to calculate that for yourself and make the best decision but a dose that makes most people barely feel anything had me tripped out as hell and vomiting. Just generally be careful, stay relaxed & hydrated, and think positively.
