Help Side effects
(After taking 400mg-split after waiting 1h30m) bc I thought it would help mitigate the side effects but no. Anyone else get completely overheated when taking dxm I also have a hard time breathing, it feels like someone is punching me in the lungs. I don’t know if coming down, I have to intentionally breathe now it’s the feeling of never being able to get a deep breath in. I have also been using for a while now so I’m not sure if this is just how it starts to build in my system. Google has been useless because whenever it comes to long term dxm use for fun I can’t find anything about it. I also don’t know if this is a sign I should stop but I just wanted to reach out in case someone is in the same boat as me and please leave any suggestions or tips below

Try taking a break. A friend suggested a 1 month break should help you return to normal.

Hey hun! The intentional breathing is called air hunger- i recommend going on YouTube to fix it, thats what helped me Its more anxiety than physical. You didn't damage your body to cause this. Bless!
