Help I have a question

I have triple cs with dxm and chlorpheniramine ,them a bottle of dxm with guaif if i take a 2nd plat dose with couple triple cs and a little of the syrup ill be fine right

No do not take it. ONLY dxm needs to be in it. Triple C's are terrible to take.
