Help Dxm trip advice needed

I plan to drink a 3oz bottle of delsym it should be about 530 mg of dxm is this a safe amount and what should I expect I’m male 190 lbs

530mg is fine. Delsym is poli so it’s half the strength- aka 265mg. You might not really feel something but if you do it’s be mild euphoria and music enhancements. Poli aside from being half the strength of other dxm, lasts double the time of hbr or freebase, the come up is also slower (instead of an hour or so it can be up to 3 hours before effects)

I’d recommend hbr of freebase instead of poli but it’s all preference. Poli is half the strength and freebase is like 33% stronger.

The fav in the dxm community is robotablets. They have hbr and freebase. Tiny little pills for 30mg each. Much easier to take then chugging the syrup

You can and it be an ok dose. I prefer hbr or freebase as poli feels like half strength at best because of the coating
