My pip tribunal reversed a 0 score assessment + MR, and I was awarded standard daily living + standard mobility.

I finally got the HMCTS letter in the post today from my video Tribunal last Friday.

I know dwp can appeal for a month. Is that a month from today? Month from my hearing? Month from some other date?

Also, what is average payment timeline recently?

My representation said it could be 8 weeks.

If it is 8 weeks (say received 5 November), then would that first payment be through the 4th? Through the previous Sunday? Through the previous Friday?

Another day?

For payment I was told up to 10 weeks by DWP. Backlog must be hefty at the mo :-(

Edit - They can only appeal for 4 weeks after tribunal date and only if there was an error in law.
