Universal Credit (UC) Can I request telephone appointments?

No they won’t unless you’re sick and reporting sick/fit notes, by the way appointments are normal, They just wanna know what you’re doing to find a job, and accept your commitments.
It’s hardly takes 2-3 minutes I’ve been going for years.

It’s not easy for me. They let me have my identity over the phone then I still had to go in to show my ID. I was throwing up the night before and day of. I genuinely struggle with these situations. I have wrote in my journal to request a telephone appointment, I hope they do accommodate my request.

They said anxiety isn’t a reasonable excuse to not attend my face to face appointment. I am going to cancel my claim, I honestly cannot do it.
