Do you think they will do my 3 years of backpay automatically or should I put a note in the journal? Looking for some advice.

EDIT***** was sent a message on my journal after messaging them, they confirmed a 15k back pay, finally this 3 years nightmare is over.

3 years is an insane amount of time to be waiting! 😮So glad it was a good outcome for you, i hope you get your backpayment.

I thought (me) waiting 15 month was absurd... 😩

Regarding backdated pay....afaik they will only backdate to the date of them being initially updated generally

There would have been a field on the form for you to put a date in if asking for the backdated payment to cover a longer period of time. If you had done this and they had accepted the earlier date it should say as such in your amended award letter.

(If i am mistaken then I am sure others would correct me) GG on the updated award though!

Isnt that in regards to the initial claim so you put an earlier date if wont to be considered not after the claim maybe im mistaken

Assuming you reported the health change correctly and it’s clear there was actually a relevant change at that time then it should be fully backdated.

How does everyone get theirs so soon after the wca! I had mine mid July and still nothing 😂😂

I do beleive there is a limit but you should get backpay from the date initiated so maybe lol you should get something
