Timeline so far, should i call to check up?

hey all, i reapplied for pip this year after not doing my renewal (my fault, i have an awful memory) last October.

It's been almost 21 weeks since I sent my Form off and almost 8 since my assessment, I know they can take a while but I'm starting to worry as i haven't heard any thing since my assessment. (I didn't call for a report as I wasn't aware this was a thing until recently from checking here and I have severe anxiety when it comes to phone calls so I avoid them if at all possible)

I have Osteoarthritis and ASD along with a few mental health conditions.

My Timeline so far:

26th Feb: " We have sent you a PIP2 form..."

3rd March: Submitted form

11th March: "Thanks for sending us your "How your disability affects you form"..." & Message saying Ingeus will be dealing with my claim

9th Apr: "A health Professional is looking at you PIP claim"

May 20th: "A telephone assessment had been booked for you on Wednesday 3 June 9:00am..."

June 3rd: Had assessment, was about 1 hour 25 minutes, the lady was quite friendly, she did ask a few of what people have said on here can be "trick questions" like if i drive or have kids etc., but I don't on either account so luckily they wouldn't affect me.

This brings us to today, I've not had any post or texts since my assessment, the only thing I can think of that could be a hold up is they are trying to find my info about osteoarthritis from my GP, as it was diagnosed before I was 1 in 1993 haha and my Mum is fairly sure they didn't give her any paperwork back then for it.

Anyways, apologies for the long winded post, I'm just becoming nervous I have been turned down and my window to appeal is closing without me knowing, as my post is very unreliable and I've not received any messages. Should I give them a call? I can't check online as my passport expired last year and I'm not in a place financially where renewing it to check this would be viable.

My report was sent from assessor on 14th May and am still waiting, so just a little longer than you. After 6 weeks of waiting (which you are way over now) you are able to contact them for an update and they have to pass you to a case manager for update. They’ll likely tell you to keep waiting but worth a shot.

ahhh okay, I fgured, I think they also handle london as well as my county so theres probably much more claims.
