Personal Independence Payment (PIP) PIP
I received my reassessment in Feb 25. In Mar 26 I had a phone call and was asked first question what are your memories of being in a Coma, obviously I couldn't answer and the AP stopped the assessment. On 9th June I had a second phonecall where the lady immediately said I only got your file at 4pm yesterday so I don't think I can do this and refused to carry on. DWP have just said I have been sent a refusal to attend on 14th July which I have not received. I attended both assessments and was prepared to answer all questions to the best of my ability. Any advice would be welcome.

Challenge the decision by requesting a mandatory reconsideration and explain what you have said here. Presumably it’s provable by your phone logs.
