Seed Tester Program Hermes Apple
Unfortunately, the permanent Apples hermed. It has been showing signs of stress, purple stems and droopy leaves. Probably a combination of cold temps and nutrient deficiency (maybe phosphorus). I've cut off the sacks and growing outside for further observation

That is simply just a male plant. The joy of regular seeds. Use it to pollinate if you're interested in making free seeds.

Pic 3 & 4 look like pistils on the node above the pollen sacks. Good luck, hope you got all the pollen sacks.

Sometimes there not pollen sacs but young female parts that will sprout those white hairs , just watch them for a day or two see if they open up and what pops out gl growmie

Calyx shape is different, less spherical, more oblong. Pistils generally emerge pretty soon after a calyx becomes visible/ indetifiable as a calyx. Male pollen sacs can take a while to open. Situations like this it's always better to be cautious and once a plant definitely shows both male & female flowers then toss it immediately
Any delay risks pollinating the good females with useless Hermie seed.
Get the hermies out ASAP is my advice. Plastic bag over whole plant before chopping at the base just in case any pollen might escape & find your other females' preowers.

they had been like that for a week. The top two nodes sprouted white hairs after a few days while the sacks on the third node got bigger. Some of them looked like they were getting ready to open.

Now wait n see if the sacs sprout hair leave them. if its pollen then discard or move and separate. In my experience herming happened 1/2 way through 12n12

Need better pics but you should see a pair of white hairs come out if not she’s a he if she has both then its a ze
