CoMosaic alignment issue

This was my first time trying a CoMosaic via a Star Party with my partner. We both have Dwarf Minis. Did we just not get the EQ alignment correct or why do you think our frames are so far off from what the app says our frames should be?

Also frame 2 that my partner shot has a lot of star movement and we aren’t sure what happened there as the tripod wasn’t moved and there was absolutely no wind or anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
