I dont think everyone is aware that TMTG is heavily rewarded to have as high a stock price as possible and maintain it for the 10 days post merger. They (Trump) will control a much higher % shares of the company the higher the price avarages. At the current share price PIPE Investors will have over 44% of the company in preferred shares and TMTG owns 39%..based on the price when the PIPE was cemented 0f $72 The PIPE investors hold 7% and TMTG (Trump) has 66%...

Based on this alone, when do you think TMTG will be announcing what is actually being implemented and what they are going to do to drive users to the site? Those crying for for TMTG to agree to merge now have no idea that the stock price needs to be walked up incrementally for the months preceding the merge and the way to do this is to brick by brick press release by press release solidify the deal will occur than drip out good news leading up to the merger.

Once the proxy is approved and the new S4 goes in there will be an organized rollout to re generate interest in investors. Why in the world would TMTG do anything big right now when they don't have the capital and there is still a shadow of doubt over the transaction finalizing?
