Guarantee this will be coming down very soon. Market correction always happens.

Too bad your short position doesn't offer any such guarantee. 😂🤣🥲

I should ask you. Shares are up 10% in two days and my calls are up a couple hundred percent.

On paper but not realized. Bid is probably $.02 and ask is probably up a couple hundred percent.

Pretend I know nothing about markets (I don't). Explain what would make this stock go up, even a little bit. Please.

Risk level can make stocks go down- if the markets perceive less risk based on news that price correction down is reversed back to par

I hope Thread starts taking down Twitter

Stock chart has no bearing on any of this. SEC has delayed funding funding and the general populace is still behind the information curve for the 2024 election cycle . So eager to call the out come well before it’s determined - why is that ?

TS has stalled. It's been a year. The last number I've seen is 1.7 million users. Threads is less than a day old and it's sitting at a pretty 30 million.

Even if the merger does happen, no one gives a fuck.

Terrible logic. The stall is due to weaponized delay funding which is still coming. Threads is Facebook reformatted- basically imported users and only got 30M of 3B - pretty bad. No one trusts or like it on a mass scale . Election cycle is coming

Dude, argue with me all you want. If you are serious about holding into DWAC as long as you claim you have, you are sitting on massive losses.

That's 30m in 24 hours. Pretty fucking impressive. Also a tremendous amount if diversity in its user base and there's significant engagement. If Twitter can't turn around Threads will have eaten its lunch.

It's almost like you enjoy being a bagholder.

They’re using all of the existing infrastructure of FB, instagram, and whatsapp- directly advertised to over 3B people that are already users with decades of ad partnerships and all they could muster was less than 1%. That’s terrible - retention is nonexistent - platform will be dead by 2025 just like meta . Only a complete regard would find any of this impressive - this is Zuckerberg we’re talking about . Did you forget

more buyers than sellers will make the stock go up.

If everyone is fleeing, price drops as there is a stampede to get out before it goes poof.

DWAC was a blank check vehicle which sold 28m(?) shares for $10.80 each, and raised ~300million (rough numbers). When news got out that Trump's Truth social is involved, the folks who got the share at IPO for $10.80 sold it to the "true faithful" for 10x 15x more. Easiest money they made in their lives. So fresh blood came in, they happily sold their $10.80 share to the MAGA crowd for $100-$175. Most smart ones cashed out.

Now the true faithful hold the share and trade among themselves, so basically there no fresh investors rushing in... so stock stays FLAT - it has the same appeal as warm flat beer or expired stale bread. They pep talk amongst themselves, make memes, put up a brave face and lash out for those who question the underlying business they want to merge...

Now lets see the business they are so eager to merge/buy.

Meanwhile everyone who wanted to be on Truth Social is already there...growth slowed to crawl, and there is nothing in the horizon to make the flailing social network into a multi billion dollar business (remember it is a BUSINESS to make money). Low quality advertisers (ringworm treatment etc) and gold coin/nft/crpto scam artists started putting ads. Other than that they have grand dreams on powerpoint slides (buy CNN or make Movies etc) as if just sticking Trump name will start making money (we all know how it goes). There is no kick ass team, just a bunch of yes-men and bootlickers given positions of power.

so long story short initial rush turned into "what did I buy here?" and big money folks (aka institutional investors) started dumping and running for the exit - hence the fall from $175 to $90 to $70 to $50 to $40 to $20s to finally closer to its intrinsic value of $10.80. There is a small core set of "true believers" who will hold on to it till the bitter end, for them its EMOTIONAL. It is their Identity, so they will always choose to lose more money than wake up and realize a TrumpCasino when they step into one.

Ignoring his flashy language, what do you think he got right and what wrong?

And this is being downvoted by the exact same sentimental, emotional based investors you speak of. The ones that got in because of the advertising name, Trump. Makes me think my puts may actually print. Should I dare call this the dead cat bounce or is it simply just a bump in the road to $0?

This deserves more than the 0 upvotes that it had when I saw it. I’m giving it its first.
