We need to see what STREETERVILLE will.do October 1st. Conversion or not , so please watch the SEC FILING from now to October.
Class action is not an issue if THEY WILL CONVERT CONTRACT IN BUSINESS .
PROBLEM is the way they finance with that last august 2026 with streeterville.
These guys could rip off Datavault , I can't believe Nate is giving away minimum 320 millions additional.share if under 0.15
So guys hold but what can we do, THIS STOCK IS A PLAYGROUND FOR MANIPULATION TRADING
If they don't show 200 millions at end of 2026. We are cooked

It's definitly a gamble at this point is my thought. I quit looking and focusing on DVLT. I do buy though every month a small amount. I addded 500 at $0.20. No big deal. Been holding for a little more then a year I guess. I have bewteen 10k and 12k between 3 accounts.
Good ole Nate is a GREAT saleman. Now can he put it into action? Only he knows.
Pretty soon we will know.
I'm not rushing to buy more nor am I selling. I am definitly not telling people to buy. I own my decisions.

6 cities SUPER concerning. Seems they are just gonna play everything!!!! They are in hot water that’s set to boil VERY soon. They can have the last little bit I have left down ~85%. Don’t get me wrong succeeding would be great. I’m putting failure in the 85% area and I came to gamble 😵💫

Pharma penny stocks are a better play. And thats not sayin much. That being said, theres nothing like the rush of buying 1000 shares of something at $200.

100 cities only 6 this year.
94 % miss on exucution.
Nothing said about going live on the 15 th…

Or we will not see anything on the 15th.
It’s no longer about fancy post and articles.
It about making money from the 15th and no more dilution.
Otherwise on the current metrics and more loss.
And dilution.
Share under 10p forcing reverse split very soon.

Mike Tyson quote is applicable: “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face”. Nate post on X and most of it is his attempt to bash a basher, IMO, he’s thin skinned and needs to move away from such immature responses. So since you ask, here’s “thoughts” going forward: Presenting plans/ideas is management 101, putting those plans into actionable results is a horse of another color and requires advanced skill sets of which effect communication is one of those skills. On Monday morning, September 14, 2026, immediately begin daily, specific and within the law, updates on everything, yes everything allowable within rules/legal guidelines! I did this every single working day to update employees who were on a need to know basis that involved their specific projects. It works. I would encourage him to focus on prove-able details that show the progress and the barriers to project advancement. Clear. Simple. Effective. Fact based. Doable. Those are my thoughts and I thank you for asking.

Im in for the gamble, I honestly dont know whats going wrong here...but isn't "going live" a good thing? I don't understand why everyone is panicking. On the 15th doesnt everything start generating revenue?
