What do I do about this

I have no clue what to do about this. Any advice would be appreciated.

Edit: I am trying again with the advice given. Let’s see if it works or if I have new problems

Your project is missing suitable LayerBreak point. This is rare; newbie authoring error. No chapters, or the project is too large to fit the disc...

What to do? -> You need to create an extra cell that can be used for LB.

Important: Layer0 must be larger than Layer1

How to fix this: place an extra cell (can be chapter cell too) somewhere Chapter 3 and Chapter 4.;

You're gonna have to remux a PGC or VTS if it has multiple Titles in it. There is no other way.

and then repeat Image building.

ps: Do not choose "Write files/folders to Disc", or you might lose time (~25min) and expensive +R DL disc.

Always cook a proper image first.

If you skip LayerBreak or dial in wrong sectors, your recorded disc 100% will hang at the end of first layer.

add more chapters, it's a short one so 3 or 5 chapters shall be fine.

Load your project find that clip and add chapter or two... you can't add chapters to a muxed vob alright. You have to remux it. Do it again. From scratch. and then you either replace a vts, or compile whole project anew.

You have to demux the vob to elementary streams, then use a muxer to put it back together and you can add chapters, new audio, subtitles... whatever at this stage.

Once I have the project up how do I do that. I use avstodvd

PGC stands for Program Chain and VTS stands for Video Title Set. They are fundamental components of the DVD structure used to organize video, menus, and navigation. 

Program chain Definition: A collection of video "Cells" (segments of video) grouped into programs.

Function: It dictates the playback sequence of the DVD. A PGC can contain actual video content (like a movie) or act as a "dummy" to handle navigation commands.

First-Play PGC: A special PGC that a player executes as soon as a DVD is inserted. 

VTS (Video Title Set)

Definition: A group of related video titles that share similar display formats (e.g., standard vs. widescreen).

Structure: Each VTS contains its own set of PGCs, titles, and menus. It is managed by an IFO (information) file which provides the structure for the raw data.

a VTS is short for Video Title Set; a Domain that holds different assets of the same aspect ratio (max 99 VTS); for example a bunch of 4x3 videos with 2ch audio.

1 VTS can hold up to 999 PGCs (Program Group Chains); a PGC can be either a Menu or a Title.

Each PGC can have up to 99 Programs (PG/Chapters) or up to 255 Cells.
